I’ve called Virginia home since my junior year of high school, and for nearly thirty years, I’ve dedicated my career to the state’s vibrant education community. After earning my degree in Elementary Education and Developmental Psychology at Longwood University, I went on to the University of Virginia for my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction.
My journey has taken me everywhere from the front of grades 1–6 classrooms to specialized work as a K–5 reading interventionist. I’ve also had the privilege of shaping the next generation of teachers as an adjunct instructor at UVA and overseeing academic growth as an area supervisor for both public and private schools. Whether I’m consulting privately or leading curriculum strategy, my goal is always the same: helping students and teachers reach their full potential.
